'10 Stories Down' is The Pineapple Thief's fourth studio album, originally released in June 2005. The album was recorded across 2004 & 2005 with frontman Bruce Soord serving as producer. In 2023, it received a full remix & remaster treatment by Bruce Soord (mixing) & Steve Kitch (remastering).
A blend of progressive rock with elements of Brit-pop, the album is often likened to the moody atmospherics of Radiohead or Muse.
'10 Stories Down' stands as a defining early work for The Pineapple Thief. With its dreamy, melancholic textures & progressive compositions, it remains a fan-favourite & a landmark in the band's evolution.
